Most water sports lovers that come to Viganj because of reliable wind are also active in other recreational sports. Many of them have their bikes or e-bikes with them with the intention of enjoying early summer mornings (before the heat of the day) or taking an evening ride around.

There is one almost obligatory ride: from Viganj to Lovište. Both villages are on sea level, but in between, there is a respectable steep climb to the highest point of Nakovana, which is slightly less than 300 meters in elevation.

So, up and down, and up and down again. Your elevation track will look like that:

Altogether it is a 25km ride on which we spend 2 hours. Of course, you can do that in less time, but we took it easy, with few stops on the viewpoints.

Lovište is a small vllage on the far end of Pelješac penisula. It is a place of peaceful tempo, with beautiful beaches around. It is also a good idea to take a day off from windsurfing and spend it secluded, far from the wind crowd (when you feel like that).

And finally, if you take an evening ride like we did, you may be rewarded with one of the most impressive sunsets ever!
